Premium Tours and Consultant provides professional consultation, visa processing assistance, and travel planning services.
- Consultancy Role: We act as an advisory and processing agency. We assist clients in preparing documentation according to current legal and embassy guidelines.
- No Guarantee of Approval: You explicitly acknowledge that the final decision to grant or deny a visa, entry, or permit rests solely with the respective government embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Premium Tours and Consultant cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure efficient service delivery, clients must agree to the following:
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information in all forms, questionnaires, and documents provided to us.
- Fraudulent Documents: We strictly prohibit the submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documentation. If any submitted paperwork is found to be false, we reserve the right to terminate our services immediately without a refund and, if required, report the matter to relevant authorities.
- Timelines: Clients must provide requested documentation within the specified timeframes to avoid processing delays or missing embassy deadlines.
3. Fees and Payments
- Service Fees: Fees for our consulting and processing services will be clearly communicated before any work begins.
- Embassy and Third-Party Fees: Government visa fees, embassy fees, translation charges, and courier costs are separate from our agency service charges and are typically non-refundable by the respective authorities.
- Refund Policy: Our service fees cover the administrative and professional labor required to evaluate and process your file. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written contract, all service fees paid to Premium Tours and Consultant are non-refundable, regardless of the visa application outcome.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Premium Tours and Consultant shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, rejections, or errors caused by embassies, consulates, postal services, or external courier companies.
- We are not responsible for financial losses incurred due to pre-booked flights, hotel reservations, or tour packages made prior to securing a valid visa. We strongly advise against making non-refundable travel bookings before your visa is officially approved.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, graphics, and text displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Premium Tours and Consultant. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our digital content without explicit written consent.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
